AZ-DOR PAYMENT PLANS TO RESOLVE BACK TAXES
Arizona Department of Revenue will typically
allow 24-month Payment Agreements for individuals to satisfy their tax liabilities.
Businesses can expect to be held to
12-month Payment Agreements, although you
may be allowed 24 months depending on a few things, such as –
- Your company’s compliance history
- The type of tax owed, and
- Your company financials
You will likely have to complete detailed financial statement forms.
- Personal Collection Information Statement, and/or
- Business Collection Information Statement
You may also have the option to enroll and pay your AZ-DOR taxes online

Request a Payment Arrangement for Individual taxes online.**AZ-DOR will not allow more than
2 previous Payment Agreements, so don't default your Agreement once you get it.

Offer in Compromise – Arizona Department of Revenue does have an Offer in Compromise program available to settle your tax liability for a lesser amount.
