The Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) list contains the contact information of organizations in every state that offer low to no cost assistance to Individual taxpayers (not businesses) that cannot afford representation.

Although there is an income ceiling for Low Income representation, the LITC is a great resource for thousands of taxpayers nationwide. If you or someone you know owes the IRS back income taxes and cannot afford professional representation, refer them to the LITC.
